Posted on: September 27, 20212 TBSP of chocolate mix is the amount to mix with liquid to make a cup of hot chocolate drink. That has 12g of sugar. 16 Tbsp in 1 cup and your recipe calls for 2 cups of mix. More grams of sugar per serving than if you used a cup of sugar. Modify your recipe to use plain powdered cocoa and small amount of honey. Do not label it sugarless because a diabetic person might think you were giving them an awesome recipe which will actually make them sick.
